Doubloon Tycoon (“the app”) is a single-player idle game published by Sodapop. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.
The app has no accounts, no registration, and no servers of our own. Your game progress (gold, ventures, upgrades, settings) is saved locally on your device only. We never see it.
The app shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob — you choose whether to watch them in exchange for in-game bonuses. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device information including your device’s advertising ID. This is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand aggregate gameplay and to measure advertising performance (for example: installs, sessions, and rewarded-ad engagement). This involves pseudonymous identifiers (a random app-instance ID and a random player ID) and event data — never your name, email, contacts, or precise location. Analytics data is processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.
If you choose to sign in to Google Play Games, weekly challenge best-times appear on Google-hosted leaderboards under your Play Games profile. Sign-in and leaderboards are operated by Google under the Google Privacy Policy; we run no leaderboard servers and store no scores ourselves. Declining sign-in changes nothing else about the game.
If you allow notifications, the app schedules local reminders (for example, when your ship returns). These are generated on-device and are not sent to us.
The app is a general-audience game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Game progress lives only on your device: uninstalling the app (or clearing its storage in Android Settings) permanently deletes it. To request deletion of analytics data associated with your device’s identifiers, contact us at the address below.
